pumpkin patch

Not too far from our house is a cute little pumpkin patch. Well actually its a Christmas tree farm that wanted to extend their season. So they buy these big boxes of pumpkins that theyput all around their little farm. They had a little petting area for some baby animals (pig,goat,bunny) then they had some ponies for rides. They had a canvas maze that Jamie and her cousin Mylah ran under the walls and thought it was hilarious. There was a hay ride that took you through the Christmas trees so you could pick your tree out early, just kidding. There was a lot of good looking trees though. There was a little train ride, more of a wagon ride. There was some face painting and other activites. We all had fun. I love places like that. I justify spending the money as thats our little way of stimulating the economy and supporting Mom and Pop shops.
